Durable Medical Equipment
Durable Medical Equipment is our product group with the most variety. It covers products from hospital beds and wheelchairs to enterals. Below is a list of the various DME that we offer:
- Hospital Beds - Semi and Fully Electric. Setup includes: mattress, mattress cover, and full-sized rails.
Hospital Bed/Full Electric Hospital Bed/Semi Electric - Hospital Bed Accessories - Bed Extensions, Trapeze, Over-Bed-Table, Bed Wedge, and Half-rails.
Hospital Bed Accessories - Support Surfaces - Gel Mattress, Alternating Pressure Pad, and Low Air Loss Mattress.
Prevention Mattresses Treatment Mattresses - Hydraulic Patient Lift - manual or electric.
Patient Lifts - Personal Mobility Products - Canes, Crutches, Walkers and accessories, Rollators, and Transfer Boards.
Canes/Crutches Walkers/Rollators - Wheelchairs - Standard, Lightweight, and Transport. We also have Geri chairs.
Wheelchair/Manual - Wheelchair Accessories - Elevating Leg Rests, Oxygen Cylinder Carriers, Arm Troughs, Wheelchair Ramps, Foam and ROHO Cushions.
Wheelchair Accessories Seating & Positioning - Bath Safety - Bedside Commode, Elevated Commode Seat, Commode Safety Rails, Grab Bars, Shower Chair, and Transfer Bench.
Bathroom Safety - Enterals - Jevity, Ensure, Glucerna, Promote, Pulmocare, Osmolite, Twocal HN, Nepro, Pediasure, Optimental, Traumacal, Peptamen, Perative, Prosure, and Nutrifocus. We offer cans and ready-to-hang bags. Enteral setups come with Food, Pump, Disposable Bags, and IV Pole.
Enteral Nutrition - Suction - oral or tracheal (GOMCO). Setup includes supplies.
Aspirator - Phototherapy Light - also known as Billi Blankets for infants with jaundice.

We offer a full range of Respiratory Equipment and Supplies with associated services, from CPAP/BIPAP to Oxygen Therapy to Ventilators. All members of our experienced team of Respiratory Therapists are certified and registered.

Oxygen Concentrator Oxygen, Portable Systems Oxygen Liquid Oxygen Miscellaneous - Pulse Oximetry - Overnight and spot oximetry testing available.
Pulse Oximeters - Nebulizer - setup includes supplies. Also includes starter dose if you choose to use our pharmacy. We have ultrasonic nebulizers for shorter aerosol therapy treatment times. We also have portable nebulizers with ac/dc chargers and cigarette lighter adapters for the most convenient aerosol therapy experience available.
Nebulizer - Ventilator - full setup, supplies, and service.
BiLevel - 50 PSI Compressor - used with Tracheostomy setups.

Wheelchair/Power Scooters - Power Mobility Accessories - including Oxygen Cylinder Holders, Elevated Leg Rests, Cushions, and Scooter baskets.
Wheelchair Accessories Seating & Positioning Automotive Lifts - Lift Chairs - We bill your insurance for the lift mechanism and you only have to pay for the chair! Delivery and setup included.
Lift Chair - Specialty Wheelchairs (non-complex rehab) - Heavy Duty, High Strength, and Ultra Lightweight chairs.

Pharmacuetical
Gulf Medical Services Pharmacy is a long term care pharmacy providing patients with maintenance medications, custom compounding services, infusion therapies, and nebulizer treatments. We accept many insurance plans including most Medicare D plans!
- Nebulizer Medication - Get your nebulizer medication delivered regularly from our DME Delivery Program with no shipping charges to you! We can also send your covered disposable nebulizer supplies along with your medication.
Asthma - Infusion Therapy - We provide a wide range of infusion therapies from standard antibiotics to pain management medications. The medication, supplies, and pump can be delivered right to your door by one of our technicians.
Infusion/IV Supplies - Hormone Therapy – Our compounding lab specializes in custom bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. We also provide saliva testing kits and natural supplements to support your rejuvenation therapy. A completed Insurance Claim Form is provided for your convenience with each filled prescription.
Hormone Replacement Therapy - Maintenance Therapy – All of your long term medications for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Cholesterol, and Arthritis can be filled and delivered from our pharmacy. We accept many drug plans including many Medicare D plans.
